Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to your use of FlatDekh, operated by PRAUGA PRIVATE LIMITED in Bangalore, India. By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information.

FlatDekh helps users discover rentals, publish listings, save favorites, and message owners. It does not act as a landlord, tenant, or rental contracting agent and is not a party to any rental agreement. You are responsible for arranging viewings, negotiating terms, and entering any agreement directly with the other party.

FlatDekh does not charge listing fees, subscriptions, or brokerage and does not process rental payments. Rent, deposits, and any other agreed charges are matters between the parties to the rental, outside FlatDekh.

• Provide accurate information, keep your account credentials secure, and contact us if you suspect unauthorized use of your account. You must have legal capacity to use the service and authority to act for anyone you represent.
• Only publish a listing if you have the right or permission to offer the property and use its descriptions, photos, and contact details. Keep rent, availability, conditions, and other material details accurate and up to date.
• Do not use the service for scams, impersonation, misleading offers, harassment, unlawful discrimination, spam, or other illegal activity. Do not publish someone else's private information without authority.
• Do not interfere with the service, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software, or misuse information obtained through listings or messages.

User-supplied listings and messages are not guarantees from FlatDekh. We do not guarantee identity, ownership, listing accuracy, availability, property condition, suitability, or a successful rental. Moderation does not replace your own checks.

Visit the property, check the identity and authority of the person offering it, confirm all charges and household rules, and read the rental agreement before committing or transferring money. Be wary of pressure to pay before a viewing or requests for passwords or one-time codes. Report suspicious listings or messages to vinit@pvot.tech. For immediate danger or suspected crime, contact the appropriate local authorities; FlatDekh support is not an emergency service.

Rental decisions and disputes remain between the parties involved. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or limits a remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

We may review reports, remove or restrict content, or suspend or restrict accounts where reasonably necessary to address a breach of these terms, suspected fraud, safety or security concerns, or legal obligations. We do not promise to review every listing or message. If you believe an action was taken in error, contact vinit@pvot.tech with the relevant listing or account details.

You retain your rights in content you submit. You grant FlatDekh a non-exclusive license to host, store, reproduce, format, and display that content only as needed to operate and provide the service, including showing your listings and delivering your messages to their intended recipients. This permission extends to service providers only as needed for those purposes; it does not transfer ownership of your content.

FlatDekh branding, software, and other service materials belong to their respective rights holders. Using the service does not grant ownership of those materials or permission to reuse them beyond normal use of the service or what applicable law permits.

Features may change, be interrupted, or be discontinued. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. We may revise these terms to reflect service or legal changes, update the revision date, and provide additional notice where required by law. Changes remain subject to applicable legal requirements and mandatory user rights.

These terms are governed by applicable Indian law, subject to any mandatory consumer protections or other rights that apply to you.
